Where is the studio located ?

We are located on 1010 Richards street, V6B1G2 in downtown Vancouver.

Where can I park ?

There are a bunch of meter parkings on Richards and Homer street which are the closest. Some spots are even free but those are usually taken.

Do I need to prepare anything before coming ?

The more prepared you are, the better your audition will look. Make sure to dress the part, to arrive on time, to be attentive to the directions as those are tailored towards maximizing your booking chances. Water will also be available on site for you to stay hydrated during the session.

Can I bring my pet to the audition ?

Unfortunately, our studio doesn’t allow for pets at the moment.

What is the closest skytrain to the studio ?

If you’re coming through the Canada Line, Yaletown-Roundhouse would be the closest. If you’re coming through the Expo Line, Granville station would be the closest.

What is the cancellation policy at WGS ?

If you cancel 12 hours before the start of your session, you will not get charged and a refund will be issued to you. Past 12 hours, you will be charged half the price of the session. If you do not show up, you will be charged the full amount without a possibility of a refund so please make sure you can come. Always contact us in case of emergency and we will accommodate you.

Will you edit and send me the footage ?

Absolutely, editing and shipping of your footage is included within the price of your session as long as we allocate some time at the end of your session for it. An extra $10 fee for editing and shipping will be charged if we go past the time.
